Moldova confirms the selection of Natalia Barbu with the song "Fight"

Moldova is the first country to announce its representative for Helsinki 2007.

The Moldova National Broadcaster announced minutes ago that Natalia Barbu will represent the country in Eurovision 2007 in Helsinki.

Veronica Cojocaru -responsible for the Public Relations for TRM reported to www.evropesma.org that Natalia's live performance was great .The results were:

Natalia Barbu 94 points
Zdob Si Zdub 76 points
Olia Tira 70 points

Mrs Cojocaru on behalf of TRM said they are very proud of their selection and their jury,and they wish the best to Natalia Barbu.
