Sweden, one of the most successful countries at Eurovision, is once again in the spotlight, but this time for a streaming milestone! The song „Bara Bada Bastu,“ with which the trio KAJ competed in Basel, has become the first entry from Eurovision 2025 to surpass an incredible 100 million streams on the music platform Spotify.
This is a truly significant moment, not just for the band but for all of Eurovision. Crossing the 100-million-stream mark on Spotify has rightly become a badge of honour for musicians, and KAJ, with their ode to saunas, have joined an elite club of Eurovision songs that have achieved this success.
Just six months after its release, on September 3, „Bara Bada Bastu“ reached 100,015,831 streams. Although the song finished in fourth place at the Eurovision 2025 Grand Final in Basel, its popularity exploded after the contest.
Following the final, the song entered the Top 50 Global Chart on Spotify, and on the same day, it set an all-time record for the most-streamed Swedish-language song in a single day on the platform. It also reached the number one spot on Spotify’s „Global Viral“ chart, cementing its status as a crowd-pleaser both within the context of the Contest and far beyond it. Back home in Sweden, the song spent 13 weeks at number one on the official singles chart.
„Bara Bada Bastu“ is the first song from the Eurovision 2025 class to enter this exclusive club, but it is certainly not the last. Other hits are close behind, such as „Espresso Macchiato“ (Estonia) with 88 million streams, as well as „Deslocado“ (Portugal) and „Baller“ (Germany), both with over 50 million streams.

Who else is in the „100 Million Club“?
The list of Eurovision songs that have surpassed 100 million streams is constantly growing and includes winners, classics, and fan favourites.
Currently, the most-streamed Eurovision song on Spotify is „Arcade“ by Duncan Laurence, with over 1.4 billion streams. This is followed by „Snap“ by Rosa Linn from Armenia with nearly 1.3 billion, while in third place is Loreen’s „Tattoo,“ with over 775 million streams.
The „100 million club“ also includes hits like „Cha Cha Cha“ (Finland 2023), „Voilà“ (France 2021), „Soldi“ (Italy 2019), „Fuego“ (Cyprus 2018), „Shum“ (Ukraine 2021), „SloMo“ (Spain 2022), and „Queen of Kings“ (Norway 2023).
The significance of this list is further highlighted by the fact that not all winning songs have managed to achieve this impressive milestone. To date, only 10 Eurovision winners have crossed the 100-million-stream mark:
- The Code (Switzerland 2024)
- Tattoo (Sweden 2023)
- ZITTI E BUONI (Italy 2021)
- Arcade (Netherlands 2019)
- Toy (Israel 2018)
- Heroes (Sweden 2015)
- Euphoria (Sweden 2012)
- Satellite (Germany 2010)
- Fairytale (Norway 2009)
- Waterloo (Sweden 1974)

How do the Serbian representatives rank?
Although Serbia does not yet have a representative in the „100 million club,“ Serbian Eurovision songs have achieved significant results on Spotify. The top three most-streamed Serbian entries are as follows:
- „In Corpore Sano“ – Konstrakta (2022) With nearly 14 million streams, Konstrakta is by far the most-streamed Serbian Eurovision representative. Her song became a global viral hit, and its great success on Spotify is a direct result of its popularity that transcended the boundaries of Eurovision.
- „Ramonda“ – Teya Dora (2024) The song with which Serbia competed in Malmö in 2024 could exceed 8 million streams. Interestingly, her global hit „Džanum“ is far ahead with over 159 million streams, but that song is not a Eurovision entry.
- „Loco Loco“ – Hurricane (2021) This energetic hit by the group Hurricane, which represented Serbia in 2021, is in third place with just over 7 million streams and holds its position firmly among the most-streamed domestic Eurovision songs.
