Princ to represent Serbia at Eurovision 2025 in Basel with the song „Mila“!

Serbia has chosen its representative for the 69th Eurovision Song Contest! After an exciting final of Pesma za Evroviziju 2025, Prince (Stefan Zdravković) won with his ballad „Mila“, earning the right to represent Serbia in Basel on May 15, performing in the second half of the second semifinal.

In the grand final, which featured 16 contestants, the winner was determined through a 50/50 split between the public vote and a professional jury. Prince secured a total of 18 points, just one point ahead of Harem Girls with the song „Aladin“, while Vukayla finished third with „Mask“, scoring 16 points.

How did the voting unfold?

The professional jury, consisting of five music industry experts, awarded:

• 12 points to Vukayla,
• 10 points to Prince,
• 8 points to Sedlar.

Meanwhile, the public vote, conducted via SMS, awarded:

• 12 points to Bojana x David,
• 10 points to Harem Girls,
• 8 points to Prince.

By combining the results, Prince emerged victorious with 18 points.

Prince – A Voice That Captivates

Stefan Zdravković, better known as Prince, has already gained significant popularity in the music scene. He first caught the public’s attention through The Voice Bulgaria, where he ranked among the top 12 contestants out of 4,000 participants.

This is not Prince’s first appearance at Pesma za Evroviziju. In 2023, he competed with „Cvet sa Istoka“, finishing second overall and winning the public vote, further cementing his career and recognition among Serbian audiences.

OGAE Serbia Award Goes to Harem Girls

The official Eurovision fan club in Serbia – OGAE Serbia once again awarded a prize for the best composition of the festival, based on fan votes.

The OGAE Serbia Award was open to all 30 competing songs from this year’s festival. The winning song was „Aladin“, performed by drag queens Harem Girls, who also finished second in the competition.

Harem Girls received 203 points, followed by:

• Mimi Mercedez and her song „Turbo žurka“ in second place with 191 points,
• Vukayla with „Mask“ in third place.

The festival winner, Prince, ranked only eighth with 110 points.

Representatives of OGAE Serbia personally presented the award to Harem Girls. More details about the award ceremony can be found in a separate article.

A Night Full of Music and Emotions

The grand final lasted three and a half hours, hosted by Dragana Kosjerina and Kristina Radenković, while Stefan Popović reported from the green room.

The event opened with a segment about Nemo’s victory at Eurovision 2024, followed by special features on Eurovision history, Konstrakta, and Luke Black.

The night also marked the 10th anniversary of Bojana Stamenov’s Eurovision performance, though she canceled her planned appearance at the last minute. Additionally, Sara Jo and Teya Dora were among the artists who declined to perform in the interval act.

Serbia at Eurovision

Serbia debuted as an independent country in 2007, when Marija Šerifović won with „Molitva“. Another remarkable achievement came in 2012, when Željko Joksimović finished third with „Nije ljubav stvar“.

Prince now aims to make history as Serbia’s second Eurovision winner and bring another victory home!

The grand final of Pesma za Evroviziju 2025 was broadcast on RTS1, RTS Svet, Radio Belgrade 1, and via RTS Planeta, RTS Zvuk, and the RTS Eurovision YouTube channel.
