Check out the results of the OGAE Serbia poll! These songs have the best chance to win at PZE 25!

There are less than 24 hours left until the start of the Pesma za Evroviziju 2025 festival, where Serbia will choose its representative for Eurovision in Basel. This year’s Serbian national selection consists of two semi-final nights, which will take place on February 25 and 26, with 15 performers in each.

The top eight from each semi-final, based on public and expert jury votes, will advance to the grand final on February 28, where they will compete for the chance to perform on Europe’s biggest music stage.

In this regard, we conducted a poll on our official Instagram profile @ogaeserbia, where our followers rated all the participants with scores of 1, 2, 4, and 5, with 5 being the highest rating.

Over 500 followers participated in the voting, and the results for the semi-finals are as follows:

In addition to them, based on the results, Mila, Iskaz, Nataša Kojić, Filarri, and Jelena Aleen would make it to the final.

On the other hand, the contestants with the least chance of advancing to the final are Ana & The Changes – whose song title “Brinem” reflects the concerns of the audience – as well as the groups Vampiri and Kruz Roudi. These results clearly show that the audience favors energetic and dynamic performances, while performers with lower ratings face a significant challenge in breaking into the final.

This analysis not only reveals the current favorites but also encourages participants to reconsider their performances in order to win over the audience and secure a place in the grand final of the festival.

YouTube Playlist for the Second Semi-Final

The second semi-final is much stronger – could the winner be among them?

Interestingly, the second semi-final is significantly stronger than the first in terms of average ratings, which raises the possibility that Serbia’s future representative in Basel could be among these performers.

However, surprises are always possible, so we’ll have to wait and see if any of the participants from the first semi-final will exceed expectations with their live performances.

Also, only two songs in the entire competition have an average rating above 4, both from the second semi-final, while no songs from the first semi-final managed to surpass that threshold. Moreover, only three songs from the first semi-final have an average rating above 3, which suggests that this year’s selection of songs hasn’t fully captured the audience’s attention.

However, it’s important to note that the poll results do not represent the final picture and are not a guarantee of success at the festival. Live performances, stage presentations, and song production will play a key role in the final outcome. The audience and expert jury often make decisions based on the overall impression during live performances, so surprises are still ahead.

Nevertheless, everything will be decided on stage! We just have to watch the live performances tomorrow to see which performers will make it to the grand final, and also find out if the tastes of our poll participants align with the decisions of the audience and expert jury.
